We’re looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to join our growing team in Europe and help accelerate our expansion across the DACH region with a focus on Germany. This role will be remote and requires travel across the target region to engage with customers, partners, and industry events. - Drive Sales Activities: Support and lead the sales process from prospecting and generating opportunities to closure, including lead generation, customer engagement, and proposal development.
- Develop Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the rail and cybersecurity ecosystems.
- Support Market Strategy: Collaborate with senior team members to identify new opportunities, develop go-to-market plans, and support strategic sales initiatives.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Cylus’ technical and marketing teams to ensure customer success and consistent messaging.
- Represent Cylus: Attend industry events and conferences, helping to expand our presence and network across the DACH rail community.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within the rail, transportation, or technology sectors.
- Demonstrated success in managing customer relationships and contributing to complex sales cycles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-growing, small-team environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required across the DACH region.
- Existing network or relationships within the rail industry (freight and/or passenger/transit).
- Background in technical fields such as computer science, electrical engineering, or cybersecurity.
- Previous experience in cybersecurity sales or technology partnerships.
