Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions across multiple formats, including individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, to effectively address client issues.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information.

• Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive, holistic support for clients and facilitate their journey towards recovery.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay current with best practices and new developments in mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include individuals and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges with varying degrees of access to traditional care. You will provide critical support to those navigating issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional disturbances. By utilizing telehealth services, you can contribute to breaking down barriers to mental health access and provide essential support to underserved populations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts.

• At least two years of experience working in a counseling capacity, ideally in a clinical context.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies for managing client information.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n
