Treasury Administrative Assistant

Pay Range: $30 - $46/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process headquarters mail correspondence, including checks received for the benefit of client, and finance department documents
- Handle issued checks to the appropriate payment requestor
- Process department purchases, including requisitions for contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and check requests.
- Track departmental expenses against budgets
- Prepare, submit, and track expense reports for treasury leaders
- Manage the calendar of treasury executive leaders
- Schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, sign in visitors, and support the logistics of treasury department meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements for treasury executives
- Support treasury team with administrative office tasks
- The Treasury Administrative Assistant will be reporting to the treasurer and will interact with both internal and external counterparties:
- Internal: Finance, Procurement, Information Technology, Security, and Legal functions
- External: Banks, credit rating agencies, insurance companies and brokers, and other service providers
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; Manage the calendar of treasury executive leaders
- Schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, sign in visitors, and support the logistics of treasury department meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements for treasury executives
- Process department purchases, including requisitions for contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and check requests.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Teams, and Sharepoint
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Teams and Sharepoint
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Strong collaboration and business partnership skills in corporate environments
- Minimum 8 years of experience
- Experience in corporate finance is preferred
