We're seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Director to lead our enterprise sales organization and drive significant revenue growth. This role is critical to our expansion strategy and requires a proven leader who can build and scale high-performing sales teams while maintaining our commitment to quality and customer success. About the Role As Senior Sales Director, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, building strategic relationships with enterprise clients, and fostering a culture of excellence within the sales organization. You'll work closely with our executive team to shape the future direction of the company. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team of 15+ Account Executives and SDRs Revenue Growth: Drive $10M+ in annual recurring revenue through new business acquisition and account expansion Client Relationships: Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies Process Optimization: Continuously improve sales processes, methodologies, and tools to maximize efficiency and effectiveness Forecasting & Analytics: Provide accurate sales forecasts and leverage data-driven insights to guide decision-making Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities Qualifications & Requirements Required Qualifications: 8+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas 5+ years of sales leadership experience managing teams of 10+ people Demonstrated success in enterprise/strategic account sales with deal sizes of $100K+ Deep understanding of B2B SaaS, lead generation, or MarTech industries Strong executive presence and ability to engage with C-level decision makers Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Preferred Qualifications: MBA or advanced degree Experience scaling sales teams in high-growth startups or scale-ups Knowledge of AI/ML applications in sales and marketing Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies What We Offer Competitive Compensation Base salary $150K-$220K plus uncapped commission and equity options Comprehensive medical, dental, vision insurance, and wellness programs Time Off Unlimited PTO, 12 paid holidays, and sabbatical after 5 years Flexible Work Hybrid work model with modern office space in downtown SF Learning & Development $5K annual budget for courses, conferences, and professional growth Family Support Generous parental leave, childcare assistance, and family benefits Retirement 401(k) with company match up to 6% Equipment Latest MacBook Pro, monitor, and $500 home office stipend About Direct On Demands Direct On Demands is transforming B2B lead generation through AI-powered technology, transparency, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
