Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing constructive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to review client progress, stability, and scheduling, including appropriate discharge planning when necessary.
\n
• Create, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s goals and therapeutic needs.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment outcomes, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with regulations.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine initial client needs and establish baseline therapeutic objectives.
\n
• Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to support client growth.
\n
• Participate in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback on therapeutic practices.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including medical providers, to coordinate care and improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse population, including adults, children, and families, who present a range of mental health challenges. This role requires sensitivity and competency in understanding various demographics and their specific needs, including those from underrepresented and marginalized communities. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.
\n
• Current, active, and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status.

• A minimum of one year of clinical outpatient experience following graduation.
\n
• Proficient with technology and comfortable using computerized systems such as Excel, RMS platforms, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Familiarity with conducting intake assessments and formulating treatment plans based on client assessments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
