Email Marketing Manager

GE HealthCare seeks an Email Marketing Manager to design, build, and optimize the USCAN email channel. The role involves managing recurring email programs, developing strategy, executing experiments, and serving as the regional email expert for marketing and sales stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize the USCAN recurring and trigger-based email portfolio
- Develop and execute email strategy for prospect acquisition, nurturing, conversion, and retention
- Construct programs, smart campaigns, and smart lists in Marketo with proper tracking and naming conventions
- Design and run A/B testing experiments with documented hypotheses and success criteria
- Produce quarterly performance reports by segment and identify optimization opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/GED with six years B2B email marketing experience
- Hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns directly in Marketo
- Demonstrated ownership of always-on, trigger-based, or lifecycle email programs
- Ability to report performance against benchmarks and translate results into recommendations
- Experience with template-based email build tools like Knak
