Accounts Payable Coordinator

Accounts Payable CoordinatorHealthcare Miami, FL Pay From: $21 per hourMUST: The Accounts Payable Coordinator will have experience: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred) 2+ years of proven Accounts Payable experience Experience in the healthcare industry or a hospital setting is a strong plus High proficiency in MS Excel and accounting softwareDUTIES: Process and verify invoices, and vendor payments accurately Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly Manage high-volume AP processing while maintaining strict healthcare confidentiality Provide support to the Senior Accountant or Patient Accounts when needed Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
