Market Access Marketing Manager
AbbVie
Market access marketing manager responsible for brand P&L management, strategy development, and sales execution. Role requires leading cross-functional teams to maximize revenue and margin while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective stakeholder communication across pharmaceutical commercial operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage brand P&L, financial planning, and forecasting to senior leadership
- Develop and execute brand strategy aligned with market opportunities and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement tactics and monitor key performance indicators
- Oversee promotional material development and regulatory approval processes
- Drive customer insights and anticipate stakeholder needs for market expansion
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
- 3-5 years marketing, sales, or commercial experience
- Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry background highly desired
- Managed care and health system knowledge preferred
- Fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal
- Strong financial, analytical, and decision-making capabilities
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicle
