Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatment of mental health disorders, ensuring personalized and culturally sensitive care for each patient.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, using our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through regular supervision, peer consultation, and attendance at workshops or conferences to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work primarily with individuals, couples, and families experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and more. We also emphasize services aimed at addiction counseling and support for co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
