Both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and those holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are encouraged to apply. What you’ll need to be successful: Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active or eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or eligible Clinical Fellows (CFY) Prior experience in school-based settings strongly preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments Key responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments for students PreK-12 Design and deliver evidence-based therapy to address articulation, language, fluency, and social-pragmatic needs Develop and monitor progress on IEP goals in collaboration with educators and parents Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes as required by school policies Participate in team meetings, consultations, and ongoing professional development Serve as an approachable resource for staff and parents, offering strategies and support This position offers the chance to play a pivotal role in students’ educational journeys, with the flexibility and excitement of a contract placement.
