Benefits Coordinator

Eau Claire Ford Lincoln Quick Lane is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and approachable Part-Time Benefits Coordinator to manage the day to day administration of our employee benefit programs and provide administrative support for essential human resources functions. This position will serve as the primary internal contact for payroll, health insurance, 401(k) enrollment, benefit changes, eligibility, and related employee questions. The coordinator will work closely with dealership leadership, accounting personnel, insurance representatives, retirement plan advisors, and outside administrators to ensure information is accurate and deadlines are met. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced HR, benefits, payroll, or accounting professional seeking a consistent part-time schedule.
