Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, promoting a healthy work-life balance that is paramount to our philosophy. Employees enjoy flexible working hours with options for four 10-hour days or five 8-hour shifts, allowing them to accommodate personal and family needs while dedicating themselves to client care. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 7 PM, providing a supportive schedule for both clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs, using established protocols and assessment tools.

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on behavioral health issues such as depression, anxiety, addiction, grief, and relationship challenges.
\n
• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's goals and circumstances, regularly reviewing and adjusting these to ensure effectiveness.
\n
• Facilitate cognitive and behavioral therapy sessions, including interventions for crisis resolution and transitions to community resources.
\n
• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and other client interactions meticulously to maintain accurate and timely records reflecting client care.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of therapeutic services through feedback and measurable progress, ensuring clients are on the path to achieving their goals.

• Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients, creating a safe space for exploration and healing.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to provide coordinated care and support for clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending relevant training, workshops, and supervision to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field that meets the qualifications of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona, with the ability to provide virtual and in-person counseling sessions.

• Minimum of 4 years of direct experience in clinical social work, preferably within behavioral health settings.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in behavioral health treatment modalities, particularly treatment of mood disorders, trauma, and substance use issues.

• Demonstrated expertise in providing family and couples counseling, particularly in a remote setting.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms to optimize client experience and care coordination.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, eligible employees can benefit from:
