Law Clerk (Current Law Students Welcome!) Gain Real Litigation Experience While Attending Law School Looking to build hands‑on legal experience during the school year? We are seeking Law Clerks who are currently enrolled in law school and able to work while attending classes. This is an excellent opportunity for junior law students looking to develop practical litigation skills, work directly with experienced attorneys, and make a meaningful impact on active casework. In this role, you'll gain exposure to real‑world litigation by assisting with: Drafting complaints, pleadings, declarations, and discovery State and federal court filings and e‑filings Trial and deposition preparation Legal research, investigations, and case analysis Creating Tables of Authorities (TOAs) and Tables of Contents (TOCs) Calendaring and tracking litigation deadlines What We're Looking For Currently enrolled in law school (must be actively attending, not planning to enroll in the future) Not taking the Bar Exam in 2026 or February 2027 1-2 years of litigation law firm experience preferred Strong legal research, writing, and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Knowledge of state and federal court procedures and filings Lemon Law experience is a plus If you're looking for a flexible opportunity to gain valuable litigation experience during law school and work alongside a dynamic legal team, we'd love to hear from you.
