St. Luke’s Health System Idaho’s largest private employer and a nationally recognized Top 15 Health System is seeking a dedicated BC/BE Med-Peds Physician to join our Consumer Access & Experience (CAE) System team in Nampa, Idaho. Key Responsibilities:
\n • Provide comprehensive Internal Medicine care for pediatric patients, managing both acute and chronic conditions.
\n • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including advanced practitioners, behavioral health, nursing, and population health specialists to deliver coordinated, value-based care.
\n • Utilize advanced technology and analytics to enhance patient engagement, access, and outcomes.
\n • Participate in system innovation, quality improvement, and care redesign initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: MD/DO from accredited medical school
\n
• BC/BE in Specialty
\n
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice
\n
• Current licenses with full prescriptive authority from the Federal DEA and Idaho Board of Pharmacy
\n
• Eligibility to obtain Medical Staff Privileges with St. Luke’s Health System
