Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans that meet each client's unique needs.

• Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week, ensuring timely and effective documentation for each session, including ongoing assessments and treatment reviews.

• Engage actively with a multidisciplinary team to share insights, strategies, and resources that further our mission of community support.

• Employ creative therapeutic interventions to empower clients in reaching their personal and therapeutic goals.

• Prepare and submit all documentation per company guidelines, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and completeness.

• Facilitate coordination and communication between clients, families, case managers, medical personnel, and school staff as required.

• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development to promote collaborative growth.

• Contribute positively to the team culture, supporting colleagues and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will predominantly serve children, adolescents, and families within the New York area, striving to address a variety of mental health challenges. This role requires sensitivity and adaptability to work effectively with a diverse clientele, including BIPOC, LGBTQ, and bilingual individuals. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in a behavioral science discipline or a related field from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Active LMFT clinical license in New York State is required.
