Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for couples and families to identify emotional and relational challenges.

• Providing individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults.

• Implementing therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices that facilitate effective communication and conflict resolution within families.

• Assisting clients in overcoming issues related to alcohol abuse, psychological stress, grief, and relationship conflicts.

• Developing individualized treatment plans that reflect the goals and objectives set during initial assessments.

• Engaging in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to ensure high standards of clinical excellence.

• Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with state regulations and agency practices.

You will work collaboratively with a diverse client base, primarily focusing on:

Qualifications\n
