Imaging Coordinator

Imaging Operations Coordinator oversees the day-to-day projects within the imaging operation. They resolve issues, adhere to the imaging standards, and monitor timelines and results. What You’ll Do Workflow Management: Lead the production workflow through job setup, staging, and scheduling to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Quality Assurance & Compliance: Conduct final quality checks, execute post-production corrections, and ensure strict adherence to Digital Solutions Imaging Center Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Team Leadership & Training: Train, support, and direct team members to maintain high standards of imaging accuracy and operational efficiency. Technical Maintenance: Troubleshoot and resolve scanner or batch class issues, escalating complex technical problems to the Information Technology (IT) team when necessary. What You’ll Bring 1 to 2 years of experience performing end-to-end imaging tasks with a strong understanding of quality measurement techniques. Demonstrated ability to manage project workflows, schedule personnel, and lead a team of 6–10 imaging specialists to meet timelines. Strong working knowledge of imaging hardware and related technology to effectively resolve production issues. High school diploma or equivalent coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
