Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPC at Bend Mental Healthcare Center, your primary focus will be on providing high-quality mental health services to our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions that foster connection and mutual support among clients, allowing them to share experiences and learn coping strategies from one another.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Provide personalized counseling services that delve into clients' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to foster self-awareness and encourage the development of personalized coping mechanisms.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, personal goals, and aspirations.

• Monitoring Progress: Utilize evidence-based assessment tools to evaluate client progress and outcomes, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required.

• Team Coordination: Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team consisting of medical professionals, social workers, and other therapists, ensuring a cohesive approach to client care through regular communication and case consultations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating a spectrum of mental health challenges. Our clients often seek support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Your role in providing tailored therapeutic interventions directly impacts their ability to overcome these challenges and thrive in their personal and professional lives.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

While the following experience is not mandatory, it is preferred:

Compensation and Benefits\n
