This position is entirely remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. You will utilize advanced telehealth technology, specifically our Simple Practice platform, to conduct virtual appointments with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments for clients to understand their mental health concerns and establish a therapeutic rapport.

• Developing personalized treatment plans based on assessments, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs.

• Providing ongoing psychotherapy that may include individual therapy, couples therapy, and family sessions via secure video conferencing.

• Maintaining accurate and timely records within the Simple Practice platform to track client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Participating in regular consultations and support groups with peers to enhance clinical skills and address challenges related to client care.

The clients you will serve include teenagers, adults, and couples facing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a mental health clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
