Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain insights into clients' mental health concerns, background, and needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to effectively address diverse client issues.

• Provide individual therapy sessions via teletherapy, ensuring adaptive strategies to accommodate clients who prefer virtual engagement or require accessibility support.

• Regularly collaborate with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals and consistently monitor their progress throughout the course of treatment.

• Maintain meticulous documentation that conforms to ethical and regulatory standards, facilitating seamless tracking of client progress and treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adolescents and young adults, addressing a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, and interpersonal issues. Your empathetic engagement skills will be crucial in establishing a trusting relationship with clients, empowering them to navigate their mental health journey effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD is essential to practice in this role.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver telehealth therapy effectively to diverse adolescent and young adult populations.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology for therapy sessions, including platforms like Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHR).

Preferred Experience\n
