QUICK SUMMARY
Prototek is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead one of our manufacturing facilities. This role goes far beyond day-to-day operations—you'll own the site's performance, profitability, customer satisfaction, and long-term strategic success.

As the General Manager, you'll be responsible for leading operations, quality, safety, customer
relationships, and financial performance while developing the next generation of leaders within the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Full site P&L responsibility
• Operational excellence, quality, and on-time delivery
• Customer retention and business growth
• Leadership development and succession planning
• Continuous improvement and Lean initiatives
• Strategic planning and execution

REQUIREMENTS : 

• Degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field required.
• 15+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Proven success leading operations and driving profitability
• Strong financial acumen and business management skills
• Experience developing high-performing teams
• Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement expertise
• A leader who can inspire people while holding teams accountable
• Ability to lift up to 10-20 lbs occasionally throughout work week.
