What We Are Looking For We’re hiring a Senior Accountant to manage high volumes of financial data, ensuring transactions are accurately imported, coded, reconciled, and properly reflected in our ERP system. This role requires strong attention to detail, as you'll review job cost and revenue ledgers, reconcile general ledger accounts, support payroll and credit card imports, and prepare monthly insurance allocations and analyses. You’ll collaborate closely with payroll, operations, and other departments to resolve discrepancies and meet monthly deadlines, while also supporting insurance audits with organized and accurate documentation. What You Will Do Upload large amounts of data into Vista Review job cost and revenue ledgers for accuracy Facilitate import files from Comdata credit card transactions into ERP software and perform detailed coding reviews for accuracyto ensure accurate financial reporting Facilitate import from Paycom into ERP software Partner with the Payroll Team to ensure proper coding and accurate allocation of payroll costs on imports Coordinate, compile, and provide required insurance data related to general liability, auto, and workers’ compensation audits Prepare Monthly Insurance allocation entries Prepare Monthly Insurance analysis Conduct General Ledger Account Reconciliations Assist with MonthEnd Close Perform other duties as required Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field 3-5 years of professional accounting experience Knowledge of applicable import and/or export processes and business standards Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word Strong Attention to detail and highly organized High integrity, reliable, team player Must be self‑motivated and can manage multiple tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to meet deadlines and stay on task Ability to keep confidentiality is a must Preferred Qualifications General payroll knowledge a plus Experience with Vista accounting software and Comdata systems Job costing experience Physical Requirements and Environment Ceres provides reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities and to applicants with sincerely held religious beliefs, as required by law.
