Director of Construction Denton, TX • Base Pay: Up to $220,000 • Full-time Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight for regional construction projects Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor/vendor coordination Ensure quality control and compliance with safety and environmental standards Conduct site inspections and coordinate with local jurisdictions Resolve construction conflicts and ensure timely project delivery Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting Lead subcontractor meetings and enforce performance standards Support multiple job sites as needed Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe Perform final inspections and manage punch list completion Qualifications & Competencies Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of construction experience (data center experience preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Project); experience with Yardi, Procore, or Prolog is a plus Strong knowledge of construction trades (Divisions 2–10) Ability to read blueprints and identify/resolve deficient work Skilled in team leadership, conflict resolution, and customer service Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills Benefits Per diem for travel Bonus eligibility Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Please note this position does not provide sponsorship and requires you to be able to be on site. #J-18808-Ljbffr Energi People
