Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and establish appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Design and implement customized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with each client's specific goals and recovery pathways.

• Deliver high-quality individual, couples, and group counseling, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing and growth.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other mental health professionals to ensure thorough, coordinated care for clients, discussing treatment strategies during case conferences.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring that all documentation reflects the clients' progress and treatment adjustments.

• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision, training, and professional development to stay abreast of best practices and innovations within mental health counseling.

Our client base primarily consists of individuals seeking help for substance use disorders, along with those dealing with co-occurring mental health issues. These clients come from diverse backgrounds, and our counselors are trained to approach each case with cultural sensitivity and understanding. You will be a crucial part of their journeys, providing empathetic support while guiding them through challenging experiences such as trauma recovery, crisis management, and suicide prevention.

Compensation and Benefits\n
