Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide ethical and effective therapeutic interventions to individuals and families facing mental health crises.

• Assess client needs through concise evaluations and subsequently recommend appropriate treatment plans tailored to each unique situation.

• Lead the dispatched mobile crisis team, offering clinical guidance and support to team members, ensuring high-quality care during emergency response situations.
\n
• Collaborate with first responders and community resources to facilitate immediate support and transport clients to necessary care facilities when required.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of community resources to create referrals for case management and aftercare services, ensuring comprehensive support for clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development, implementing best practices in therapeutic techniques and interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse client population, including individuals coping with a variety of mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. Special attention will be given to developing therapeutic strategies that are culturally sensitive and inclusive, making a positive impact in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Must possess an active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health settings, working directly with clients.

• Exceptional clinical judgment and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

• Strong understanding of adolescence, mental health disorders, and co-occurring conditions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
