Human Resources Operations Specialist

Role Description

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be a high-touch subject matter expert responsible for employee-facing domains in People Operations, including:

• Payroll processing
• Benefits administration
• Leave management

You will:

• Own US payroll processing end-to-end
• Serve as the point of contact for global benefits programs
• Administer complex leave cases with precision and empathy
• Keep our HRIS (Rippling) accurate and audit-ready

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations
• Hands-on experience processing multi-state US payroll end-to-end
• Experience administering FMLA, STD/LTD, parental leave, and state leave programs
• Working knowledge of US payroll law and multi-state tax compliance
• Experience with Rippling HRIS
• Active user of AI tools to optimize processes
• Comfortable working in Excel
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Maintain data accuracy across employee records, benefits enrollments, and leave records
• Conduct regular audits and reconciliations
• Support recurring compliance activities
• Stay current on US federal, multi-state, and international leave and benefits regulations
