Everest Search Partners is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Talent Manager to join our growing team in a remote OR hybrid (If in the Dallas TX area) work environment. This individual will recruit exceptional talent across Finance & Accounting and Go-to-Market functions, partnering with candidates and clients to deliver outstanding hiring outcomes.

This is an excellent (salary + commission) opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a performance-driven environment, and wants to be rewarded for their results. The position offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, with business development opportunities available for individuals interested in expanding client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit top talent through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, job boards, social media, and direct outreach, including cold calling.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to assess experience, technical qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates, clients, and referral sources.
• Develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
• Stay informed on hiring trends, compensation, and talent market conditions.
• Support business development efforts by identifying new client opportunities and strengthening existing relationships (preferred but not required).

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting Finance, Accounting and other corporate functions, Go-to-Market talent is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple searches and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates Integrity by following through on commitments, acting ethically, and communicating honestly with candidates, clients, and teammates.
• Builds Partnerships by developing long-term relationships and collaborating effectively with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
