Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with patients through regular check-ins and open communication.

• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders, ensuring accurate assessments using established diagnostic criteria.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.

• Conduct and lead therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, or families, using evidence-based practices and methodologies.

• Regularly monitor and assess patient progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to maximize effectiveness.

• Provide referrals to other specialists or support networks when required, ensuring comprehensive care for our patients.

• Utilize teletherapy tools effectively to facilitate engaging and meaningful therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in fields related to Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a similar discipline is essential.

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in evidence-based practices, particularly drawing from techniques for managing co-occurring disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
