A technology services provider is seeking a Business Support Analyst to work in a 100% remote capacity for a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will analyze and resolve system, account, and loan issues, collaborating with various teams to enhance process improvements across the organization. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to conduct user acceptance testing and recommend operational enhancements.
