Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to clients and their families, ensuring a professional, empathetic approach in every interaction.

• Re-evaluate and adjust service plans as needed, considering any new developments in clients’ lives.

• Collaborate in interdisciplinary treatment planning with key community partners such as Social Services and Family Stabilization teams, ensuring contract compliance and the effective provision of services to Welfare to Work (WTW) clients.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ emotional and psychological needs, resulting in tailored treatment plans that prioritize client well-being.
\n
• Monitor and report productivity metrics and units of service in alignment with contract obligations to optimize service delivery and patient outcomes.
\n
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives, actively contributing to the enhancement of therapeutic programs offered by Braille Clinical Services.

In this role, you will engage with a varied clientele facing diverse challenges—including individuals dealing with substance use disorders, chronic health issues, and mental health crises. Your ability to understand and connect with these individuals will be crucial in helping them achieve their therapeutic goals, fostering resilience, and encouraging positive life changes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience demonstrating effective patient engagement and therapeutic outcomes.

• A robust understanding of ethical and legal standards in counseling, ensuring compliance and the safeguarding of patient rights.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
