Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments through interviews, direct observations, and the review of medical records to evaluate emotional, social, and environmental factors impacting each patient's recovery.

• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to develop customized treatment plans that address patients' specific psychosocial needs, ensuring a holistic approach to recovery.
