Work Environment\n

This remote position offers the flexibility to manage your schedule while adhering to a structured workweek from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. You will have the support of a dedicated team, enabling you to balance work-life dynamics effectively. As part of a community health clinic, you will utilize various telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems to engage with clients, ensuring privacy and efficient documentation of care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with best practices in therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that are holistic, evidence-based, and geared towards fostering resilience and emotional well-being.

• Collaborate with families, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to create a cohesive treatment approach that supports the overall well-being of clients.

• Continually monitor client progress, adapt treatment strategies as necessary, and maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Tennessee.

• Proficiency in using technology, including EHR systems and remote counseling platforms, as well as familiarity with Google Suite applications.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and to articulate complex concepts in a clear and empathetic manner.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant counseling experience is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
