As a telehealth facility, Evara Mental Health Services emphasizes flexibility and accessibility in our services. Our remote work setting allows our counselors to connect with clients from the comfort of their homes while maintaining the highest standards of care and professionalism. We support our staff with comprehensive training on telehealth technologies and methodologies, ensuring that our counselors can effectively engage with clients and track progress through secure Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with additional flexible hours available for evening or weekend sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations to understand clients' needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with specific, measurable goals tailored to each client.

• Provide therapeutic services through individual, couples, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities suitable for each patient's needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring clarity and consistency in client records.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, primary care providers, and community resources to create a comprehensive support network for clients.

• Engage in regular case reviews and participate in peer consultation groups to foster knowledge sharing and professional development within the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• An active Tennessee LPC-MHSP license, or eligibility for licensing within 90 days of hiring.

• At least two years of proven experience providing therapeutic services in outpatient or community mental health settings.

• Proficient in developing treatment plans, conducting detailed assessments, and diagnosing utilizing DSM-5 criteria.

• Comfortable using EHR systems and familiar with documentation processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• A strong understanding of trauma-informed care and the ability to deliver culturally responsive interventions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing therapy via telehealth platforms, with knowledge of virtual engagement strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
