Human Resources ManagerLeidos is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team and partner with a dynamic business in a fast-paced environment to help design and deliver HR strategies and solutions to drive organizational performance and growth.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead an HRBP team and partner with clients, HR functional Centers of Excellence, and other team members to develop and implement HR strategies, approaches and day-to-day actions in the areas of employee engagement, employee relations, talent development, leadership development, workforce strategy, strategic talent acquisition, new business proposals, organization effectiveness, change leadership, total rewards, culture, performance management, etc.Utilize data analytics to understand, measure and continuously improve organizational effectivenessThe HR Manager will also serve as a key leader of the Business Area and Sector HR teams and will have the opportunity to lead or participate in initiatives impacting the larger organization.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree with more than 8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent degree/experience combination).Broad HR subject matter expertise including significant experience as HR Generalist/Business Partner.Experience developing and delivering HR strategies and solutions for client area, being proactive, resourceful, creative, and collaborative to achieve positive results.Experienced people leader with ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing teams.Strong business acumen with an ability to analyze data to support decision making.Demonstrated ability to build relationships, partner effectively, consult, coach and influence senior leaders.Strong employee relations experience.Demonstrated experience leading and driving change within client groups.Strong project management and ability to execute multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to distill complex issues into executive-level presentation.Proficient with Microsoft office suite, with particular emphasis on expertise in Excel.Experience in using AI to improve efficiency and outcomes.Preferred QualificationsCurrent or previous Leidos experience.Experience working for a government contractor.Experience with an international workforce.Experience with personal services contracts.Experience supporting proposals, winning new business, and implementing new programs.Program start-up experience.Advanced degree.HR professional or other relevant certification.If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
