The Opportunity We're looking for a sharp, driven Management Consultant who leads with rigorous thinking and communicates with clarity and conviction. The industries we serve are complex and the distance between strategy and execution is exactly where things go wrong. Our consultants work on some of the most operationally complex programs in their industries — large-scale technology procurements where the commercial stakes are significant, multi-party governance challenges where alignment is hard-won, and implementation decisions where getting it wrong has real consequences for the organizations we serve. These are programs where the outcomes shape how an organization operates for years to come — crossing organizational boundaries and demanding someone who can hold the strategic thread while navigating the operational reality on the ground. The work spans the full arc from strategy to delivery, and every client brings a different context, a different set of constraints, and a problem that hasn't been solved the same way before. You’ll own workstreams end to end, advising senior leaders on some of the industry's toughest operational and strategic challenges. This isn't advisory from a distance. What You'll Do Problem-Solving and Analysis Apply hypothesis-driven thinking to break down complex client challenges into clear, actionable paths forward, demonstrating quantitative rigor and qualitative depth Lead root cause analyses, stress-test assumptions, and translate findings into a sharp, evidence-based point of view Communication and Storytelling Build compelling narratives, written and verbal, that translate rigorous analysis into stories that move senior leaders to act Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and client presentations that leave the room with defined owners, decisions, and next steps Own polished deliverables and proposals that shape M2P's commercial direction Client Partnership Serve as a trusted strategic partner to senior client stakeholders Equip clients with the tools and capabilities that outlast the engagements Navigate complex stakeholder environments building alignment across organizations with different mandates and competing priorities Your Growth At M2P, growth is built around direct exposure, close mentorship, and responsibility from the start. What We're Looking For Experience at a top-tier consulting firm, with a track record of leading analytical work and owning client-facing deliverables Exceptional structured problem-solving and the ability to synthesize complexity into clear, defensible recommendations Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build and deliver executive-ready presentations Experience in Travel, Transport, Logistics, Aviation, MRO, Airports, Airlines, Aerospace or Defense highly preferred High integrity, humility, and the character to earn trust with senior clients and hold your ground when it matters A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field Current residence in Chicago desired, but open to other locations in the U.S., with legal authorization to work in the U.S. #J-18808-Ljbffr M2P Consulting
