Key Responsibilities\n

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough psychosocial assessments, collaborating closely with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.

• Lead and facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to engage patients effectively and promote recovery.

• Conduct crisis intervention services, deftly addressing patients' emotional and behavioral challenges while ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide updates on patient progress and address potential psychosocial barriers affecting treatment outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and therapy records, adhering to department policies and relevant regulations to ensure compliance and quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily engage with adults experiencing a range of mental health issues, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and substance use disorders. Our patient population values a non-judgmental space where they can explore their thoughts and feelings, and your role will be critical in creating a safe and trusting environment to facilitate healing.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of three years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating a deep understanding of therapeutic interventions.

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid professional licensing credential in the state of Oregon as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Extensive knowledge of contemporary mental health treatment modalities, assessment tools, and recovery-oriented approaches.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum qualifications are essential, experience with telehealth services and trauma-informed care will be highly regarded. Familiarity with various evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), will enhance your ability to meet our diverse patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
