Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing rapport through consistent, ethical, and professional interactions.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, stability, and readiness for discharge as clinically appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that reflect the individual needs and goals of each client.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Carry out comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients and gather relevant background information for effective treatment planning.

• Conduct a set number of individual therapy sessions each week, providing structured, evidence-based interventions.

• Engage in regular individual supervision sessions to support your continuing professional development and clinical skills.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse outpatient population, providing therapeutic services to individuals of various ages and backgrounds. Our clients often face challenges related to anxiety, depression, family dynamics, trauma, and other mental health concerns. It is essential to foster an inclusive and safe atmosphere where clients feel empowered to share their experiences and engage in their healing processes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of one year of experience in an outpatient clinical setting following graduation.

• Proficient with technology, including experience with software such as Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for scheduling and documentation.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families is strongly preferred.

• Ability to conduct detailed intake assessments and treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD $75,000 to $90,000 annually, structured on a fee-for-service model that guarantees payment is received ahead of client collections. Additional benefits include:
