This role is responsible for processing vendor invoices, resolving discrepancies, completing reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records. ** Job Duties: ** Review, code, and process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently Work within SAP to support Accounts Payable functions Perform monthly account reconciliations Review and resolve invoice discrepancies Respond to vendor questions and payment-related inquiries Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data entry Support document management, including scanning, filing, copying, and other administrative tasks Assist with additional Accounts Payable and clerical responsibilities as needed ** Qualifications: ** Must have 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience Must have knowledge of SAP Accounts Payable Experience working within a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail Ability to communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams _ ** **Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.****_ #J-18808-Ljbffr
