• Engage with insurance companies to manage pre-certification processes and utilization management, ensuring clients receive the necessary care without unnecessary delays.

• Participate actively in discharge and aftercare planning, collaborating with clients and their families for seamless transitions and sustained support.

• Provide therapeutic meal support, guiding clients in establishing a healthy relationship with food through empathy and modeling appropriate behaviors.
