Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily responsibilities will encompass a wide array of therapeutic interventions and client interactions, including:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and challenges, which involves gathering detailed historical data and evaluating psychological well-being.

• Creating customized treatment plans founded on the clients' unique needs, cultural backgrounds, and personal goals, monitoring progress, and adjusting as required.

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, or family systems therapy tailored to each session.

• Participating in crisis intervention efforts, including conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans to ensure clients' immediate mental health needs are met.
