This position is primarily remote, providing flexibility while allowing you to engage with our clients from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a critical role in providing therapeutic services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Maintaining accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory standards.

• Collaborating with a team of professionals to coordinate care efforts and share insights during regular case consultations.

• Providing psychoeducation to patients and their families, helping them to understand mental health subjects and available resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve patients within the hospice setting, offering support and interventions tailored specifically for individuals and families coping with terminal illnesses. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
