Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via secure online platforms, ensuring client confidentiality and comfort.

• Assess each client's unique circumstances and develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Employ a range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, to promote healing and growth.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members, attending regular supervision and case consultation meetings to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and updates in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Brightest Healing Psychotherapy offers competitive compensation, with a salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
