Referral Partnerships Lead

Role Overview

Build and grow a referral partner ecosystem that expands company acquisition through downstream referral channels. This relationship focused role centers on recruiting, activating, and supporting individuals and small lead generation organizations that can generate qualified company leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and activate referral partners, including individuals and small lead generation organizations.
• Build and scale a multi layer referral network to increase company lead generation.
• Develop outbound outreach strategies to identify and attract high potential partners.
• Educate partners on referral processes, incentives, and effective practices.
• Manage partner activation, engagement, onboarding, and ongoing communication.
• Set up and manage custom referral fee structures when applicable.
• Create playbooks, training materials, and resources that help partners expand their own referral networks.
• Track partner activity, referral volume, activation rates, and network growth metrics.
• Identify high performing partners and increase their contribution.
• Partner with leadership and growth teams to improve referral programs, incentives, network expansion, and company acquisition outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in partnerships, affiliate programs, referral programs, community building, business development, or network driven growth.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, activate, and manage external partners.
• Strong relationship building, stakeholder management, communication, and follow through skills.
• Comfort with outbound outreach and partner acquisition.
• Experience with incentive based or performance driven partner ecosystems.
• Strong organization, operational discipline, and a data driven approach to measuring and improving performance.
• Ability to work independently in a fast moving, high ownership environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building referral, affiliate, ambassador, or partner networks.
• Experience working with lead generation organizations or independent business development partners.
• Familiarity with partner management, CRM, and referral tracking tools.
• Background in recruiting, staffing, AI, technology, marketplaces, or growth focused organizations.
• A record of scaling partner ecosystems that produced measurable business outcomes.

Work Terms

• Full time, remote role.

Compensation

• $30 to $50 per hour.
