Marketing Coordinator

Creative and driven, the full-time remote Marketing Coordinator will manage content and marketing campaigns to enhance referral-to-enrollment conversion for pediatric mental health care, focusing on provider engagement and automated outreach strategies. Key responsibilities: Own and improve pediatrician dashboard emails and automated referral-status communications to drive provider value Build automated outreach campaigns for referred families, utilizing conversion data to enhance care delivery Create marketing collateral such as one-pagers and referral guides, ensuring brand consistency and effective communication of clinical outcomes Required qualifications: 3+ years in growth or lifecycle marketing, preferably in a startup environment Strong copywriting skills with clarity across diverse audiences Experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or ActiveCampaign, including segmentation and A/B testing Familiarity with healthcare or provider-facing roles, with a passion for expanding access to mental health care Ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining attention to detail and quality
