Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing trust-based relationships while adhering to ethical boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to review their progress and collaboratively adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Create, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that meet client needs and growth objectives.

• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation, including progress notes, treatment updates, and intake assessments for each client.

This position involves working with a diverse outpatient clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults struggling with a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in an outpatient clinical setting post-graduation.

• Proficiency with technology, including competency in using Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, and Outlook for communications and documentation.

• Familiarity with multiple therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed practices.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and enhance collaboration within the treatment team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, reflecting your skills and experience. Our practice operates under a Fee-for-Service model with guaranteed rates—ensuring payment in advance of collections. Additional financial incentives are available through bonus opportunities.
