Work Environment

The role is based onsite at our cutting-edge Surgical Center in Henderson, NV, offering a full-time schedule of approximately 40 hours per week. Our clinic operates Monday to Friday, generally from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will take part in on-call rotations to provide continuous patient coverage for emergency cases. This structured work setting promotes a balance between high-quality patient care and your professional well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients through detailed medical history assessments, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests to accurately diagnose a range of ENT conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment strategies that may include both medical and surgical interventions tailored to specific patient conditions.
• Perform a variety of surgical procedures such as tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, and sinus surgeries, utilizing leading-edge surgical techniques to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and therapies to manage patient symptoms, facilitate healing, and enhance overall wellness.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including audiologists, speech-language pathologists, and radiologists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Educate patients on their diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care, empowering them to take an active role in their health journey.
• Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records to track treatment plans, document patient progress, and comply with regulatory standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development, staying updated on the latest advancements in otolaryngology through educational workshops and conferences.

Qualifications

• A valid medical license to practice in the state of Nevada.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a clinical practice setting, with hands-on exposure to a broad spectrum of ENT surgical procedures.

• Experience working within a multidisciplinary healthcare team is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
