This full-time remote position allows you to conduct telehealth sessions from the comfort of your home while maintaining a flexible work-life balance. Our practice operates Monday to Friday, with no expectations for evening or weekend shifts. Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions designed to encourage clients to share their experiences, connect with peers, and learn coping mechanisms in a safe environment.

• Individual Therapy: Provide personalized counseling tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, helping them navigate their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while fostering the development of effective coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaboratively create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans with clients, incorporating their specific needs and preferences to ensure a holistic approach to their care.

• Progress Monitoring: Use assessment tools and feedback to evaluate and track client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on your ongoing evaluations.

• Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights and case updates regularly to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults facing mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, and transitional life issues. By building meaningful therapeutic relationships, you will empower these individuals to overcome obstacles, gain insight, and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.
\n
• Proven experience in mental health treatment, specifically working with clients displaying mood disorders in either residential or outpatient settings.

• Strong clinical capabilities, including proficiency in motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).

• Exceptionally collaborative, with a commitment to the shared mission of fostering positive change in clients’ lives.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
