(RGII), its subsidiaries and clients.Summary of Key Duties and Responsibilities:Audit AP transactions in Yardi for accuracy for RGI and its subsidiaries.Matches, validates and mails check payments for B/U's.Audit employee expense reports ensuring compliance to the RGI T&E Policy.Review and Audit DocuSign Vendor Request Forms ensuring proper documentation is submitted and conforms to requirements as outlined in the Accounting Manual.Review and post AP transactions in the Project tracking system PM Web.Audit Daily Cash Reports published by Treasury ensuring AP initiated payments and auto debits are processed successfully and properly recorded to the General Ledger.Prepare and submit weekly payment reconciliations to a select group of vendors ensuring proper application of payments, preventing discontinuation of account services due to delinquent payments.Responds to inquiries for transactions and issues related to assigned B/U's dailyAssists in resolving bank reconciliation items for assigned B/U's monthlySpecial projects as neededPerforms other duties as requestedEducation Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent requiredExperience / Knowledge / Skills Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payableYardi experience preferredProficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordMust be analytical and articulateProven ability to interact with all levels of managementProven ability to work independently with minimal supervisionAnnual Salary Range: $63,000 - $65,000Rockefeller Group offers a competitive benefits package.The position description is a guide to the critical duties and essential functions of the job, not an all-inclusive list of responsibilities, qualifications, physical demands and work environment conditions.
