Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on individual circumstances.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques.

• Regularly collaborate with fellow mental health providers to coordinate client care, ensuring a seamless approach to therapy and recovery.

• Document client progress, treatment plans, and other relevant information accurately and timely in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Virtual LMFT, you will serve a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and families facing various challenges such as relationship issues, mental health disorders, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Valid LMFT licensure in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
