Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one mental health counseling sessions through secure video conferencing, maintaining the highest ethical standards and showing compassion for clients.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that focus on the unique needs and goals of your clients, ensuring they receive personalized care.

• Monitor client progress diligently, adapting treatment plans as necessary, and equipping clients with healthy coping mechanisms to help them manage their challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on stable, low acuity adults seeking guidance and support to enhance their quality of life. You will work with clients facing a spectrum of mental health challenges, providing them with the necessary skills to navigate their personal journeys effectively. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current state-issued mental health counseling license that permits independent practice, specifically LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
\n
• No limited or provisional licenses, and no disciplinary actions against your license.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding in various client scenarios.

• Proficiency in using technology effectively, including computers with webcam capabilities and reliable internet access for virtual sessions.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include a sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposit, a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, and opportunities for performance-based incentives.
